Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients for electric buses and smart fleet management solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, public transport operators, and corporate clients.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback on client needs and industry trends.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business development goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience (B2B or government project experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and develop effective sales strategies
- Knowledge or interest in electric vehicles, fleet solutions, or transport technology is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems
- Must possess a valid drivers license and be willing to travel as needed
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written) is required for business communication.
