Job Description
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor production or project schedules to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery.
  • Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity to plan and schedule resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and sales teams to manage material availability and capacity planning.
  • Review and adjust plans based on changes in customer orders, production delays, or supply chain disruptions.
  • Monitor progress against the production schedule and resolve scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks as they arise.
  • Ensure alignment with company policies, quality standards, and customer specifications.
  • Participate in regular planning meetings and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in production or material planning, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Salary Range: MYR 3,500 - MYR 7,000
