Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin, Account & HR Executive to support daily administrative operations, handle accounting tasks, and coordinate HR-related activities. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth office operations and compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
Scopes of Work :
Accounting
- Must be familiar with company accounting system Auto Count (training will be provided
- but prior knowledge on accounting system is preferred);
- Prepare and process note of charges, invoices, payment vouchers, staff claims and any
- other payment as instructed;
- Monitor and follow up with outstanding payment;
- Assist in monthly accounting entries, reconciliations and reports;
- Support external auditors and tax agents with required documentation;
- Any other accounting instructed as directed by the management;
Administration
- Liaise and work with Company Secretary on company matters;
- Manage and maintain office filing systems and company records;
- Handle correspondence, document preparation and general office support;
- Assist the management to prepare letter and other documentation;
- Record data relating to valuation works, clients data and any other information as
- instructed;
- Any other administration tasks as instructed by the management;
Human Resources
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR files;
- Coordinate recruitment activities including interview arrangements and onboarding
- processes;
- Handle payroll-related data preparation and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB);
- Assist in staff leave management and HR policy implementation;
- Any other HR issue as instructed by the Management;
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
- field;
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience;
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and HR administration;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software is an added advantage;
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin;
- Good attitude;
- Meticulous, responsible, able to execute instruction, able to handle confidential information with integrity, honours and good inter-personal skill;
