Key Responsibilities

  • Assisted in the procurement of raw materials, office supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Issued purchase orders (POs) and followed up with suppliers on order confirmations, deliveries, and discrepancies.
  • Maintained accurate records of price lists, supplier data, and PO tracking in procurement systems or Excel.
  • Worked closely with the warehouse and accounts team to verify goods received and resolve any issues with quantity or quality.
  • Conducted basic supplier sourcing and price comparison to support cost-saving initiatives.
  • Supported in preparing monthly procurement reports and helped monitor inventory levels for reordering.
  • Ensured compliance with internal purchasing procedures and documented all related transactions properly.

Requirements:

  • Around 1-2 years experience is suitable; fresh graduate also welcomed.
  • Procurement systems (e.g., SQL, SAP, ERP systems basic user level)
  • Basic knowledge of sourcing and negotiation
  • Communication and coordination with vendors and internal departments
