Company Background:
The company has consistently focused on the development and application of wax additives. It has built a complete industry chain that covers everything from the refining, oxidation, grafting, esterification, and saponification of upstream raw wax materials to the emulsification and micronization of downstream polymers. The two production bases in Nanjing and Yangzhou cover a total area of 22 acres.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and marketing plans in line with company goals.
  • Achieve sales targets for products including coatings, inks, rubber, and plastics.
  • Explore and grow market opportunities in printing inks, industrial coatings, plastics, water-based coatings, textile industries, and others.
  • Identify and manage agents and distributors.
  • Maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct credit investigations and establish client records.
  • Handle contract negotiation, signing, and daily management.
  • Collect and analyze competitor information.
  • Conduct market research and formulate strategies.
  • Develop and manage regional sales channels.
  • Manage product promotion, sales execution, and ensure payment collections.
  • Report regularly to the China headquarters.
  • Apply for regional incentive policies based on performance.
  • Participate in exhibitions or report to HQ as required (approx. 12+ client visits per month).
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum of 2-3 years relevant sales experience
  • Preferably from coating, ink, rubber, plastic, textile, or related chemical industries. Cross-industry sales experience is acceptable.
  • Work from home based (Before their branch set up in Johor)
  • Monthly travel to China HQ or other regions may be required; additional short business trips within Malaysia and ASEAN.
  • Must demonstrate ability to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
