Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute new product introduction (NPI) and engineering change projects.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are met.
  • Support production team during trial run, validation, and ramp-up stages.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as schedules, reports, BOMs, and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and internal quality protocols.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance product manufacturability and project efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving during pre- and post-production phases.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in a manufacturing or electronics/EMS environment.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other design software is a plus.
  • Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage (to liaise with HQ or suppliers in China).

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 6pm)
Salary Range: RM3.5k - RM7k
