Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise end-to-end production operations

• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met

• Analyze and improve production processes for better efficiency and cost control

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support overall operations

• Prepare operational reports and provide solutions to resolve production issues

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the plastic manufacturing industry

• Proficient in ERP systems

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin
