Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and documents
  • Maintain updated records of suppliers, pricing, and delivery terms
  • Coordinate with internal departments for purchasing needs
  • Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules
  • Assist in inventory tracking and stock level updates
  • Ensure all procurement documents are properly filed and organized
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative or purchasing role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
