Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process purchase orders and documents

Maintain updated records of suppliers, pricing, and delivery terms

Coordinate with internal departments for purchasing needs

Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules

Assist in inventory tracking and stock level updates

Ensure all procurement documents are properly filed and organized
Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin or related field
-
1-2 years of experience in administrative or purchasing role preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Good communication and organizational skills

Able to work independently and meet deadlines
