Job Description:

  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, probation, transfers, and maintaining accurate employee records. Manage attendance and leave tracking systems.
  • Handle job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.
  • Organize onboarding and job-specific training for new hires, and implement career development plans to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely salary payments and manage employee benefits programs. Resolve any compensation-related issues.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns, while organizing corporate culture activities to foster engagement and a sense of belonging.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and suggest improvements to HR processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in HR management, ideally within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in all HR functions including recruitment, training, compensation, and employee relations. Solid knowledge of national and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective problem-solving skills to handle HR matters independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and HR management systems.
  • High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and ethical standards. Team player who works well under pressure.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay (BM) for effective communication.

Salary Range: RM5000-RM8000
