IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Strategy & Lifecycle Management

• Define and execute the software strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee full software lifecycle: planning, development, deployment, updates, and decommissioning.

2. Application Management

• Manage and support business software platforms such as: ERP, CRM, or other project management tools.
• Ensure system uptime, data accuracy, user access control, and integration.

3. Custom Software & Integration Projects

• Lead internal development or outsourcing of custom applications and tools.
• Oversee system integration between platforms.

4. Digital Transformation

• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and digital solutions.
• Drive adoption of SaaS platforms, workflow tools, or cloud-based applications.

• Work with internal departments to gather requirements and deliver usable solutions.

5. Software Governance & Compliance

• Maintain documentation and change control logs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture and application lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in at least one programming languages.
• Familiarity with software project management frameworks, such as: Agile, Scrum, DevOps.
• Experience with API integrations, databases, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 5 yrs and above experience managing software systems or application development; experienced in IT Manufacturing environment is highly preferable.
