Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, training & development, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Handle payroll administration, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), and leave management.
  • Supervise administrative operations, including office management, facilities, travel arrangements, company asset tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage foreign worker documentation, hostel arrangements, and liaise with relevant government departments for permits and renewals.
  • Support top management in organizational planning, workforce forecasting, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports such as headcount, recruitment status, and turnover analysis for management review.
  • Lead a team of HR and admin staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Organize company events, town hall meetings, and training programs.
  • Handle any other ad hoc tasks assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Around 5 years of working experience in HR and administration, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Solid knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, HR best practices, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.).
  • Experience in handling recruitment, payroll, foreign worker management, and general office administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • Able to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia in order to have smooth conversation with internal and external team.
