Job Summary:
To provide comprehensive administrative support to factory operations, production, and HR departments, ensuring smooth documentation, coordination, and compliance with internal processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Operations, Production, and HR departments.
- Handle documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Assist in HR-related matters such as attendance, leave records, OT records, onboarding and exit clearance.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
- Support procurement and inventory documentation.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for administrative matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related field.
- Around 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems.
- Experience in HR support or factory administration.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Salary Range: Up to RM4000
