Job Summary:

To provide comprehensive administrative support to factory operations, production, and HR departments, ensuring smooth documentation, coordination, and compliance with internal processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Operations, Production, and HR departments.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
  • Assist in HR-related matters such as attendance, leave records, OT records, onboarding and exit clearance.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
  • Support procurement and inventory documentation.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for administrative matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related field.
  • Around 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems.
  • Experience in HR support or factory administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Salary Range: Up to RM4000
