Job Description:
- Support Logistics Manager in overseeing daily logistics operations (transportation, warehousing, inventory)
- Coordinate shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Liaise with transporters, forwarders, and internal teams for smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock movement
- Resolve logistics issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies
- Analyze logistics performance and prepare operational reports
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce cost
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Supervise and guide logistics team to ensure productivity and discipline
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–5 years of logistics/warehouse experience
- Knowledge of transportation, inventory, and distribution processes
- Experience in WMS/ERP systems
