Job Descriptions
- Lead and manage the full procurement function including sourcing, supplier management, purchasing operations, and strategic procurement planning.

Develop procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency, quality assurance, and timely supply of raw materials and components.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and long-term agreements with local and international suppliers.

Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships while continuously evaluating supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery, service).

Work closely with production, planning, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure material availability and smooth operations.

Monitor and control procurement budgets, cost reduction initiatives, and purchasing KPIs.

Manage inventory planning coordination to avoid overstocking or material shortages.

Resolve critical procurement issues such as supply disruptions, quality issues, and delivery delays.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, audit requirements, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop the purchasing team to improve efficiency and performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 5–8 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry.

At least 3 years of managerial experience leading a purchasing or procurement team.

Strong experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing.

Familiar with manufacturing procurement, raw materials, mechanical parts, or automotive components.

Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, AutoCount or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and cost control.

Able to work under pressure and manage urgent production requirements effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including coordination with overseas suppliers.
