Our client provides customized solutions for complex chemical processes and high-value products. The company operates 8 chemical manufacturing sites, 3 equipment manufacturing facilities, and 3 R&D centers across China, as well as production facilities in the United Kingdom and Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Instrument maintenance and repair: inspect and repair instruments with potential hazards or faults; record and report maintenance data.
- DCS/instrument management: implement maintenance plans and annual preventive maintenance schedules.
- Perform regular maintenance on DCS control room and related equipment; inspect pipe rack cables and cable trays.
- Instrument selection and procurement assistance; develop relevant SOPs.
- Install electrical and instrumentation equipment for new, renovation, and expansion projects.
- Participate in commissioning of newly installed equipment.
- Assist equipment management team in recording and summarizing commissioning data.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or above.
- Major in instrumentation or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in instrument maintenance.
- Possess relevant instrument calibration certification and automation operation permit.
