Infrastructure Engineer | Ulu Tiram

Company Background:
Our client is a well-established technology manufacturer specializing in magnetic solutions and injection molding products. The company offers end-to-end services from design and R&D to mass production, supporting global customers through integrated manufacturing and engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of plant infrastructure facilities, ensuring the normal operation of power distribution systems, utility systems, water supply and drainage systems, HVAC systems, and other facility equipment. Handle daily emergencies, abnormalities, and equipment failures.
• Assign and guide maintenance technicians on daily inspections, focusing on key inspection points to identify and resolve potential issues and equipment hazards promptly.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of site operations, perform equipment operation, maintenance, and servicing, and inspect maintenance quality.
• Manage the plant's utilities consumption, including water, electricity, and gas, and coordinate periodic inspections, certifications, and annual inspections for special equipment.
• Coordinate technical matters related to plant infrastructure renovation and improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in infrastructure facilities operation and maintenance.
• Able to lead and guide technical personnel in daily repair and maintenance work, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Possess relevant certifications, such as an Electrical Competency Certificate or Special Equipment Management Certificate.
