Job Descriptions
- Monitor and control overall production process quality for machining and assembly operations.
- Conduct process inspections and identify quality abnormalities to prevent batch defects.
- Analyze defective products, rework items, and customer complaints to determine root causes.
- Prepare quality abnormality reports and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Follow up on improvement actions and evaluate effectiveness.
- Supervise workshop compliance with SOPs, process documents, and inspection standards.
- Assist in optimizing work instructions and improving process stability.
- Perform statistical analysis on incoming, in-process, and finished product quality data.
- Prepare quality reports, analyze defect trends, and support continuous improvement activities.
- Support internal and customer audits and handle customer quality feedback.
- Coordinate with after-sales teams to resolve quality issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of process quality experience in a machinery or manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with machining and hardware parts manufacturing processes.
- Skilled in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Familiar with IATF quality systems, 8D problem solving, and 5Why analysis methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good quality judgment.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work overtime when required to resolve production quality issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with production, technical, sales, and other departments.
- Able to adapt to workshop and factory environments.
