Job Descriptions
- Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all accounting transactions.
- Manage supplier invoices, payments, and staff claims processing.
- Perform monthly closing activities and reconcile inter-company transactions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards (MFRS), and tax regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities on accounting and tax matters.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of SST, PCB, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and prepare payment vouchers or journal entries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
- Support management in any ad-hoc accounting.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in administrative, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling confidential information.
- Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
