Job Descriptions
  • Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding activities.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical, operational, and managerial positions.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and workforce planning.
  • Manage recruitment channels including job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, career fairs, and internal referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs such as hiring turnaround time, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and provide hiring recommendations based on market trends.
  • Ensure proper recruitment documentation and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance company reputation and candidate attraction.
  • Supervise and coach recruitment team members to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors.
  • At least 2–3 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
  • Strong experience in mass hiring, technical recruitment, and management-level hiring.
  • Familiar with recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and interview assessment methods.
  • Good understanding of Malaysian labor laws and hiring practices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment systems.
  • Mandarin-speaking ability may be an added advantage for communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Location: Senai, Johor
Working hours: Mon - Fri (8:30AM - 5:30PM)
Salary range: RM9,000 - negotiable
