Job Descriptions
- Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding activities.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical, operational, and managerial positions.

Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and workforce planning.

Manage recruitment channels including job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, career fairs, and internal referrals.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Monitor recruitment KPIs such as hiring turnaround time, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

Conduct salary benchmarking and provide hiring recommendations based on market trends.

Ensure proper recruitment documentation and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance company reputation and candidate attraction.
- Supervise and coach recruitment team members to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors.

At least 2–3 years of managerial or team leadership experience.

Strong experience in mass hiring, technical recruitment, and management-level hiring.

Familiar with recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and interview assessment methods.

Good understanding of Malaysian labor laws and hiring practices.

Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Results-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment systems.
- Mandarin-speaking ability may be an added advantage for communication with candidates and stakeholders.
