Job Descriptions
- Support the Marketing Director in developing and managing distributors and importers across Southeast Asia and the Middle East, including customer communication, quotations, sample arrangements, order processing, and after-sales support.
- Travel within Malaysia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East as required for customer visits, distributor management, market development, trade exhibitions, and business meetings.

Handle export documentation, contract administration, order tracking, shipping coordination, and end-to-end order fulfillment processes.

Assist with marketing activities, trade exhibitions, customer visits, market intelligence gathering, and competitor analysis.

Support halal compliance processes by preparing JAKIM-related documentation, halal certification records, export certificates, and customs clearance documents.

Maintain sales reports, business data analysis, inventory tracking, and coordination between headquarters and factory operations.
- Manage English-language business correspondence, document translation, and cross-functional communication, while supporting the implementation of marketing and sales initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the halal food industry is preferred.

Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, or related fields.

Up to 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or international trade within the food, seasoning, or food ingredients industry. Experience in Southeast Asian and/or Middle Eastern markets is an advantage.

Fluent in written and spoken English, with good working proficiency in Malay. Mandarin language skills are preferred.

Familiar with export sales administration, order management, shipping documentation, and international trade processes.

Detail-oriented, responsible, execution-focused, and willing to travel frequently for business purposes.
