Our client provides customized solutions for complex chemical processes and high-value products. The company operates 8 chemical manufacturing sites, 3 equipment manufacturing facilities, and 3 R&D centers across China, as well as production facilities in the United Kingdom and Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities

• Translate documents including correspondence, reports, and presentations between Mandarin and English/Bahasa Malaysia.
• Review translated documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Assist with interpreting during meetings and business interactions.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement in translation workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely translation services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry terminology and best practices.

Qualification & Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or associated course.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Experience using translation software and tools.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.

Location: Tanjung Langsat, Johor

Salary Range: Up to RM6k
