Key Responsibilities:
A. Training Needs Analysis & Planning
- Identify training needs via assessments, reviews, and manager consultations.
- Develop annual training plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with technical trainers for focused execution.
B. Training Delivery & Coordination
- Lead internal training activities for operations.
- Design and deliver modules on manufacturing, quality, safety (5S, ISO), and equipment.
- Coordinate onboarding, refresher, and external training programs.
- Liaise with external training providers.
C. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain training records (attendance, evaluations, certifications, reports).
- Ensure compliance with audit and HRD Corp standards.
- Manage applications for HRD Corp or other training grants.
D. Training Evaluation & Reporting
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance data.
- Compile reports for HR & Management.
- Recommend improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
- Maintain key documents: course content, attendance, photos, assessments, results, trainer evaluations.
E. Digital Learning & System Support
- Assist in LMS/e-learning platform setup and implementation.
- Support digital learning initiatives.
- Create and update manuals, SOPs, visual aids, and digital resources.
F. Continuous Improvement & Safety
- Deliver training related to Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, etc.
- Align all training with company policies and HSE regulations.
- Support SOP/work instruction development.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Education, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2-4 years in L&D or technical training (preferably in manufacturing).
- Technical Knowledge: HRD Corp processes, training grants, provider engagement.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; LMS/e-learning familiarity is a plus.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, standards, and safety practices.
- Independent and team-oriented work capability.
