Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects from New Product Introduction (NPI) through mass production,
ensuring deliverables meet schedule, budget, and quality targets. - Act as the primary contact for clientslead meetings, prepare reports, track action items, and communicate project risks or updates promptly.
- Bridge communication between clients and internal teams, align departmental efforts, resolve internal issues, and maintain consistent project information flow.
- Evaluate and implement design changes, identify and mitigate project risks, and manage cost planning and monitoring throughout all project stages.
- Lead internal reviews, track meeting outcomes, ensure checklist compliance, and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in science or engineering disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years in project management within manufacturing, particularly in new product development and launch; experience with Client A or the Apple supply chain is an advantage.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English for effective client communication.
- Skilled in project management tools and software; PMP certification preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; capable of independent client issue resolution and effective team coordination.
