Job Description (JD)
  • Lead and manage the overall Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards and company requirements
  • Oversee quality control processes across incoming (IQC), in-process (IPQC), and outgoing (OQC) inspections
  • Ensure product quality meets customer specifications, especially for PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) products
  • Handle customer complaints, drive root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers on all quality-related matters, including audits and quality issues
  • Lead internal and external audits (e.g., ISO9001, customer audits) and ensure audit readiness
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to improve product quality and process efficiency
  • Monitor key quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage supplier quality performance and support supplier audits and development
  • Lead, coach, and develop the quality team to enhance overall team capability

Job Requirements (JR)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in quality management within the PCBA / electronics manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, tools, and methodologies (e.g., ISO9001, SPC, FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma)
  • Proven experience in handling customer audits and quality issue resolution
  • Solid understanding of PCBA processes such as SMT, DIP, and assembly
  • Good leadership and team management experience
  • Mandarin-speaking is required to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
