Job Description:
- Manage full recruitment cycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates
- Ensure smooth onboarding and positive candidate experience
- Maintain and update candidate database
- Support employer branding activities (job fairs, campaigns)
- Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with sourcing tools and job portals
- Able to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
