Job Descriptions
- Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, treasury, costing, and financial reporting.

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.

Monitor company financial performance and provide strategic financial analysis to support business decisions.

Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing in compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Manage manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, operational expenses, and cost control initiatives.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, SST, audit requirements, and corporate governance policies.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, government authorities, and other stakeholders.

Develop and improve internal control systems, finance processes, and ERP/accounting systems.

Lead and manage the finance team, including task delegation, coaching, and performance management.
- Support senior management in financial planning, business expansion, and operational improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.

Minimum 5–8 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry.

At least 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of full set accounts, costing, budgeting, taxation, and financial reporting.

Familiar with Malaysian accounting standards, SST regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.

Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in manufacturing costing and inventory management will be an added advantage.
