Job Description

• Meet delivery deadlines according to schedule and keep progress updated to all related departments
• Work order creation, progress update, and tracking
• Part number creation for raw materials and packaging materials, and purchase requisition
• Production material stock control and asset management
• Production stock control, flow management, analysis, and reporting
• Assist with shipping-related matters
• Assist in consolidating shipping material reports
• Assist with inventory and stock checks of production materials
• Any tasks assigned by supervisors from time to time
• Ad-hoc support to other departments

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing warehouse management roles
• Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems will be an advantage
• Good command in communication and collaboration skills
• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in related field

Location: Temporary base in Kulai, will move to Senai Plant in Jun/Jul
