Mechanist (Fresh Graduate encouraged) | Pasir Gudang

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., CNC milling, turning, drilling).
• Operate manual machines such as lathes, grinders, and milling machines.
• Load raw materials, adjust machine parameters, and monitor machining processes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
• Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and speeds/feeds for each job.
• Inspect finished parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Document inspection results and perform necessary adjustments.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions, material issues, or safety hazards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.

Job Requirements:

• SPM/SVM/SKM/Technical Diploma/Certificate in Machining/Degree, or related field.
• Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply; training provided.
• Experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Basic understanding of CNC programming (G-code) is preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Additional Information:

• Location: Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang
• Training provided; will need to go training at HQ in China for 3-6 months (hostel & meal provided; flights afforded by company)
• RM1000 allowance will be given during training.
• Salary range: Up to RM4k
