Job Description
  • Assist in daily quality inspection activities for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
  • Perform basic measurement and inspection using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
  • Support quality engineers in identifying and reporting product defects or abnormalities.
  • Record inspection results accurately and maintain quality documentation and reports.
  • Assist in handling non-conforming products (NCR), segregation, and labeling of defective parts.
  • Support root cause analysis activities and corrective action implementation.
  • Help ensure production processes comply with quality standards and work instructions.
  • Maintain proper calibration records and assist in equipment/inspection tool control.
  • Support internal audits and 5S activities in the production and quality areas.
  • Perform other ad-hoc quality-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
  • SPM / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates or 1–2 years experience in manufacturing/quality environment are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of quality inspection tools and measurement techniques is an advantage.
  • Able to read simple engineering drawings is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a factory or workshop environment.
  • Willing to work overtime when required to support production needs.
  • Basic understanding of quality control concepts (e.g., defect identification, inspection process) is an advantage.
Location: Senai, Johor
Working hours: Mon - Fri (8:30AM - 5:30PM)
Salary range: RM2,400 - 3,800
