Job Description
- Assist in daily quality inspection activities for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.

Perform basic measurement and inspection using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

Support quality engineers in identifying and reporting product defects or abnormalities.

Record inspection results accurately and maintain quality documentation and reports.

Assist in handling non-conforming products (NCR), segregation, and labeling of defective parts.

Support root cause analysis activities and corrective action implementation.

Help ensure production processes comply with quality standards and work instructions.

Maintain proper calibration records and assist in equipment/inspection tool control.

Support internal audits and 5S activities in the production and quality areas.
- Perform other ad-hoc quality-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- SPM / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, or related fields.

Fresh graduates or 1–2 years experience in manufacturing/quality environment are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of quality inspection tools and measurement techniques is an advantage.

Able to read simple engineering drawings is preferred.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Able to work in a factory or workshop environment.

Willing to work overtime when required to support production needs.
- Basic understanding of quality control concepts (e.g., defect identification, inspection process) is an advantage.
