Job Descriptions
- Supervise daily purchasing operations including sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase order (PO) issuance, and delivery follow-up.

Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, components, and indirect materials to support production requirements.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and service level.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.

Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and approval procedures.

Prepare purchasing reports including cost analysis, supplier comparison, and procurement status updates.

Handle procurement issues such as delayed delivery, quality issues, and supplier disputes.

Support cost reduction initiatives and identify alternative suppliers for better pricing and efficiency.
- Supervise and guide purchasing staff to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.

Minimum 3–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry.

At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, and procurement processes.

Experience in handling raw materials, mechanical parts, or industrial components is an advantage.

Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.

Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Able to work under pressure and manage urgent production requirements.
