Front Office & Guest Experience Reception / Guest Relations / Groom 2026

Were hiring people-first talents for Front Office Reception, Guest Relations, and Groom. Bring good English, a warm smile, and a service mindsetexperience is a plus but not required for entry roles. Training provided.

Roles & key responsibilities

Receptionist (Front Office) ️

• Welcome guests, complete check-in/out in PMS, handle payments & invoices

• Manage room assignments, upsell services, and coordinate with Housekeeping & F&B

• Answer calls/emails, handle requests/complaints with professionalism

• Keep accurate logs, follow GDPR & cash-handling procedures

Guest Relations Agent

• Proactively greet guests, handle VIPs, anniversaries & special requests

• Manage reservations for restaurants/spa/activities; resolve issues before they escalate

• Conduct courtesy calls and collect feedback/NPS; support loyalty program enrollments

• Create memorable moments with a personal touch

Groom

• Assist with luggage (arrival/departure), room escorts & resort orientation

• Manage transfers, golf carts/buggies where applicable, and deliver amenities

• Keep lobby/entrance immaculate; support security & safety procedures

• Respond quickly to guest requests via radio/phone

What you bring

• English fluency (must); extra languages (Greek, German, French, Italian, Russian, etc.) are a plus

• Positive attitude, polished appearance, and strong communication skills

• Comfort with tech (PMS/booking tools for Reception & GR; radios for Groom)

• Team spirit, discretion, and a guest-first mindset

• Flexibility for rotating shifts (mornings/evenings/nights/weekends)

• Eligibility to work in Greece

Experience guidelines:

• Reception/GR: hotel front office or customer service is a plus; entry level welcome with training

• Groom: entry level welcome; good fitness for lifting and walking
