Sports & Activities - Season 2026 (On - Site)

About the role
Hirelink is building 2026 teams and is leading the hiring process for Sports & Activities Hosts (Instructors) across all over of Greece. If you lead safe, high-energy sports & fitness sessions and engage guests of all ages, wed like to meet you.

What youll do

• Deliver the daily activities program: beach volleyball, 5-a-side football, tennis/padel basics, table tennis, archery* where available, aqua aerobics, stretching & circuit classes, bike tours.

• Manage sign-ups and briefings, set up areas and perform risk checks & equipment inspections.

• Coach mixed-ability groups with inclusive, upbeat communication; track attendance/feedback.

• Coordinate with Entertainment/Kids Club/Watersports for tournaments and joint events, support occasional evening activities.

• Maintain courts, gear, and activity spaces; report faults and incidents promptly.

What you bring

• Sports/recreation/fitness coaching (hotel, camp, leisure center) or proven club coaching background.

• English for guest communication (additional languages a plus).

• Strong group-leading and customer-service mindset, mic confidence for classes/events is welcome.

• Certifications preferred: Fitness Instructor (EQF L3/L4/EREPS), 

• Good physical stamina; confident swimmer for aqua sessions.

• Flexibility for rotating shifts (mornings/evenings/weekends).

• Eligibility to work in Greece. (Clean record suitable for family environments.)
