Sports & Activities Team 2026

Employer: Hirelink Agency (for a leading 5 all-inclusive resort)
Location: Multiple island & mainland resorts in Greece

Were hiring energetic, guest-obsessed people for the Sports & Activities team: Sports Animator, Fitness Instructor, Water Sports Assistant, and Lifeguard. If youve got good English and love an active, outdoor workplace, well train you. Experience helps but isnt required for most roles.

Roles & key responsibilities

Sports Animator

• Run daily activities (beach volleyball, football, darts, table tennis, archery*)

• Host tournaments, lead playlists/mic announcements, and hype the crowd

• Keep equipment tidy, track sign-ups, and ensure safety & fairness

Fitness Instructor

• Lead group classes (stretching, yoga, aqua gym, HIIT, mobility)

• Offer basic technique tips and motivate all levels

• Coordinate schedules with Guest Relations & Spa

Water Sports Assistant ‍️

• Set up non-motorized gear (SUP, kayak, pedalos), fit lifejackets, brief guests

• Monitor weather/sea conditions and follow safety protocols

• Maintain equipment and beach hut presentation

Lifeguard

• Supervise pools/beach zones, enforce rules, perform rescues if required

• Conduct daily checks, maintain logs, inspect safety gear

• Coordinate emergencies with Security/Medical

*Archery only where licensed/supervised by trained staff.

What you bring

• English fluency (must); extra languages are a plus

• Athletic, outgoing personality with strong guest engagement skills

• Reliability, teamwork, and calm under pressure

• Fitness to run sessions outdoors and handle equipment

• Flexibility for rotating shifts (mornings/afternoons/evenings)

• Eligibility to work in Greece

Certs (nice to have / role-specific):

• Lifeguard certificate & First Aid/CPR (required or willingness to obtain before start)

• Fitness/Yoga/Aqua certs (ACE, EREPS, Yoga Alliance, etc.)

• Small-craft or water-sports experience for beach roles
