Employer: Hirelink Agency (for a leading 5 all-inclusive resort)
Location: Multiple island & mainland resorts in Greece

Were hiring caring, energetic people for the Kids Club: Animators / Attendants, Nursery Assistants, and Kids Club Supervisors. If you love working with children and speak good English, this is for you. Experience is a plus but not required for entry rolestraining provided.

What youll do

Kids Club Animator / Attendant

• Lead age-appropriate activities (arts & crafts, games, mini-sports, treasure hunts)

• Welcome, register, and supervise children; keep spaces safe & tidy

• Communicate warmly with parents and coordinate schedules with the team

Nursery Assistant (Toddler Care)

• Support feeding, changing, naps, and calm play for our youngest guests

• Follow hygiene and sanitization protocols; maintain meticulous logs

Kids Club Supervisor (experienced)

• Plan weekly programs, allocate shifts, ensure safety & compliance

• Coach and evaluate team, manage stock & reporting, handle parent queries

What you bring

• English communication (must); extra languages are a plus

• A playful spirit, patience, and a strong safety mindset ️

• Responsibility, reliability, and great communication with parents & team

• Fitness to run activities and be on your feet ️

• Flexibility for rotating shifts (mornings/afternoons/evenings)

• Eligibility to work in Greece
  Nice to have (not mandatory): First Aid/CPR certificate, childcare/education studies, prior camp/animation experience
