Spa Therapist - Season 2026 (On - Site)

About the role

Hirelink is building 2026 Spa brigades and is leading the hiring process for Spa Therapist across all over of Greece. If you run a station to high standards, communicate clearly in English, and thrive in service, wed like to meet you.

What youll do

• Perform a broad range of treatments: massage (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, aromatherapy), facials, body scrubs/wraps, and basic beauty (hands/feet, waxing) depending on menu.

• Conduct professional consultations & contraindication checks, tailor treatments and aftercare.

• Manage timings and daily schedule, update PMS/booking notes and treatment records accurately.

• Advise on home-care and packages, support retail targets and re-booking.

• Support spa operations (opening/closing, laundry, stock counts) and collaborate with Reception.

What you bring

• Spa Therapist (hotel, day spa, or clinic).

• Diploma/certification (e.g., ITEC/CIDESCO/CIBTAC or equivalent) incl. Anatomy & Physiology.

• Confident English for guest communication, extra languages are a plus.

• Excellent standards, warm bedside manner, and commercial awareness (retail/re-bookings).

• Flexibility for rotating shifts (mornings/evenings/weekends).

• Eligibility to work in Greece.
