Employer: Hirelink Agency (for a leading 5 all-inclusive resort)
Location: Multiple island & mainland resorts in Greece
Type: Seasonal full-time Recruiting now for the 2026 season

Were hiring reliable, guest-focused professionals for the Security department: Security Officer (Patrol/Access Control) and CCTV Operator. If you bring integrity, vigilance, and good English, well train you on the rest. Experience is a plus but not required for entry roles.

What youll do

Security Officer (Patrol / Access Control) ‍️

  • Patrol resort areas (guest zones, back-of-house, perimeters) and deter incidents

  • Manage access control, verify IDs/badges, assist at gates & events

  • Respond to alarms/guest calls, de-escalate situations, support evacuations

  • Complete incident reports, log shifts, coordinate with FO, HK, F&B, and Engineering

  • Apply H&S, fire safety, and lost-and-found procedures

CCTV Operator

  • Monitor cameras, detect anomalies, dispatch officers, and maintain evidence logs

  • Run playback/export on request and support investigations with accurate records

What you bring

  • English communication (must); extra languages are a plus

  • Professional presence, integrity, and strong situational awareness

  • Fitness for foot patrols and standing; calm under pressure

  • Basic computer skills (emails, reports, CCTV software) ️

  • Flexibility for rotating shifts including nights/weekends

  • Eligibility to work in Greece

  • Nice to have (not mandatory): First Aid/CPR, fire marshal basics, prior hotel/security experience, valid national security license (where required by law)
