Employer: Hirelink Agency (for a leading 5 & 4 all-inclusive resort)

Were building kitchen brigades for a top 5 & 4 resort brand and hiring Cooks A, B, and C. If youve got solid kitchen habits, teamwork, and good English, we want to hear from you. Experience levels vary by rank, but strong attitude and trainability are key.

Your role & impact

Cook A (Station Lead / Chef de Partie)

  • Lead a hot/cold/pastry station, ensure mise en place, portioning & presentation to 5 standards

  • Coordinate pass timing with service; enforce HACCP & allergen controls

  • Train/guide Cook B & C team members; help with ordering & stock rotation

Cook B (Experienced Line Cook / Demi)

  • Execute station prep & service (grill, sauté, garde-manger, breakfast, pastry, etc.)

  • Keep station clean, labeled, and fully stocked; follow recipes/spec sheets

  • Support Cook A with batch prep, temperature logs, and quality checks

Cook C (Commis / Prep Cook)

  • Prep vegetables, sauces, basic butchery/filleting, and breakfast mise en place

  • Plate simple dishes, replenish buffets, and maintain hygiene standards

  • Learn recipes and grow into Cook B responsibilities

What you bring

  • English communication (must); additional languages are a plus

  • Proven kitchen hygiene & safety mindset; HACCP familiarity

  • Reliability, speed, and teamworkespecially during peak service

  • Flexibility for rotating shifts (mornings/evenings/weekends)

  • Eligibility to work in Greece

Experience guidelines:

  • Cook A: 2+ seasons or equivalent hotel/restaurant experience leading a station

  • Cook B: 1+ season line experience

  • Cook C: Entry level welcometraining provided
