F&B Service Team (Waiter / Assistant Waiter / Hostess) 2026

Hirelink Agency is staffing the F&B Service departments for one of the largest 5 all-inclusive hospitality brands in Greece. Were hiring friendly, fast-learning people for Waiter, Assistant Waiter, and Hostess roles. If you bring a great attitude and solid English, well help you shineeven without years of experience.

What you'll do

Waiter ️

• Welcome guests, present menus, take orders, deliver food & drinks with 5 standards
• Recommend dishes/drinks, manage table turns, handle payments, resolve requests
• Team up with kitchen & bar, follow hygiene & safety (HACCP)

Assistant Waiter

• Set/reset tables, polish cutlery & glassware, stock stations
• Run food & beverages, support during peak service
• Learn menu/allergens and grow into table service

Hostess

• Greet with a smile, manage reservations/walk-ins, escort to tables
• Control the waitlist & seating plan, handle guest queries
• Keep the front-of-house sharp and support VIP/large parties

What you bring

• English fluency (must) ️ extra languages (Greek, German, French, Italian, Russian, etc.) are a plus
• No big experience needed we train you
• Guest-first mindset, teamwork, and calm under pressure
• Flexibility for rotating shifts (mornings/evenings/weekends)
• Eligibility to work in Greece
