About the role
Hirelink is building 2026 teams and is leading the hiring process for Waiters & Assistant Waiters across all over of Greece. If you deliver service, know your POS, and keep guests smiling under pressure, wed like to meet you.
What youll do
Waiter (Chef de Rang / Server)

Own a section end-to-end: greet, present menu, recommend & upsell (wine, specials), take orders accurately.

Enter orders in POS (MICROS/Toast or similar); time courses; liaise with kitchen & bar.

Serve food/drinks to standard; check-back; handle bills, payments, and end-of-shift cash.

Manage guest requests/allergens; maintain table standards & sequence of service; handle complaints per SOP.
Assistant Waiter (Commis / Food Runner)

Prepare and reset stations; polish glass/cutlery; stock side stations & pass.

Run food & beverages; refill water/bread; support wine & coffee service where trained.

Clear & relay tables quickly; keep service areas clean, safe, and guest-ready.

Coordinate with Waiters for smooth pacing during peaks and events.
What you bring
-
No experience needed in restaurant or hotel F&B (luxury or high-volume a plus).

Comfortable in English for guest communication, Greek or another language is a plus.

POS familiarity; strong pace, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Wine/coffee knowledge or certifications (e.g., WSET/Barista) are a plus.

Flexibility for rotating shifts including mornings/evenings/weekends.

Eligibility to work in Greece.
