Spa Therapist 2026

Were building a world-class spa team for a top 4 & 5 all-inclusive brand and hiring Spa Therapists with a calm presence, great hands, and excellent guest care. If you bring good English and solid fundamentals, well help you thrive. Experience is a plus, not mandatorytraining provided.

What youll do

• Perform professional treatments (e.g., classic & deep-tissue massage, aromatherapy, facials, body scrubs/wraps); adapt to guest needs & contraindications

• Deliver pre-treatment consultation, after-care advice, and maintain detailed treatment notes ️

• Maintain immaculate hygiene, sanitization, and room set-up to 5 standards (HACCP/ISO)

• Coordinate with Reception/Guest Relations for bookings & upsells; manage timing and turnarounds ️

• Contribute to retail sales of spa products with authentic recommendations ️

• Support spa rituals, VIP setups, and occasional outdoor/seasonal activations

What you bring

• English communication (must); extra languages are a plus

• Recognized massage/beauty therapy certification or coursework (ISEP/ITEC/CIDESCO/CIBTAC or equivalent) (preferred; entry candidates considered if skilled & trainable)

• Warm, professional demeanor; strong ethics, discretion & guest empathy

• Good physical condition and respect for health & safety protocols

• Flexibility for rotating shifts (mornings/evenings/weekends)

• Eligibility to work in Greece
