About the role

Hirelink is building 2026 teams and is leading the hiring process for Front Office Grooms across premium resorts in Greece. If you're the first face guests see on arrival — sharp, warm, and always one step ahead — we'd like to meet you.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests curbside on arrival/departure; manage vehicle flow, luggage handling, and buggy/shuttle transfers around the property.
• Escort guests from lobby to room, coordinating timing with Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Maintain a polished, ready-at-all-times presence at the main entrance and driveway; anticipate needs before being asked.
• Support VIP/returner arrivals with prepared welcomes, luggage priority, and smooth handoffs to Guest Relations.
• Operate and maintain buggies/carts; ensure vehicles are clean, charged, and available throughout shifts.
• Liaise with Front Office, Bell/Concierge, and Guest Relations to keep arrival/departure flow seamless; log handovers accurately.

What you bring

• No needed Experience as Groom, similar role (luxury or high-volume resort a plus).
• Fluent English, Greek or another language
• Presentable, courteous, high-energy, comfortable being on your feet and outdoors for shift duration.
• Valid driving license (buggy/vehicle operation), good sense of property layout and timing.
• Flexibility for rotating shifts including evenings/weekends.
• Eligibility to work in Greece. Professional appearance.
