About the role
Hirelink is building 2026 teams and is leading the hiring process for Guest Relations Agents across all of Greece. If you deliver welcomes, build trust with guests, and resolve issues before they escalate, wed like to meet you.
What youll do

Own the pre-arrival stay post-stay journey: welcome emails/calls, preferences, special occasions.

Meet & greet in the lobby, escort and room orientation; explain facilities, activities, and dining options.

Manage daily VIP/returner lists, arrange amenities, celebrations, upgrades (per policy) and surprises.

Handle feedback/complaints with empathy; solve or escalate per SOP; log follow-ups and recoveries.

Maintain accurate PMS/CRM notes (Opera/Guestware or similar) and handovers, prepare arrival reports.

Encourage reviews/NPS where appropriate, support guest communications (phone/email/messaging apps).
What you bring
Guest Relations/Front Office/Concierge (luxury or high-volume resort a plus).

Fluent English, Greek or another language (German/French/Italian/Russian) is a strong plus.

Polished communication, empathy, and resolution skills; confident, warm lobby presence.

PMS/CRM familiarity (Opera/Guestware or similar); strong organization and time management.

Flexibility for rotating shifts including evenings/weekends.

Eligibility to work in Greece. Professional appearance.
