About the role
Hirelink is building 2026 kitchen brigades and is leading the hiring process for Cook B placements across all of Greece. If you execute a station with pace and precision, follow specs, and communicate well in English, wed like to meet you.
What youll do

Run daily prep & service on assigned stations (grill, sauté, garde-manger, breakfast, pastry, etc.).

Keep station clean, labeled, stocked; follow recipes/spec sheets and portioning.

Maintain temperature logs, basic HACCP tasks, and allergen controls.

Support Cook A with batch prep, stock rotation, waste control, and pass timing.

Consistently plate to brand standards and collaborate smoothly during peak service.
What you bring
-
1+ season line experience in hotel or high-volume restaurant.

English for kitchen communication (additional languages a plus).

Proven hygiene & safety mindset; HACCP familiarity.
-
Reliability, speed, teamwork, and shift flexibility (mornings/evenings/weekends).
-
Eligibility to work in Greece.
