Storekeeper / Warehouse Assistant 2026

Location: Multiple island & mainland resorts in Greece

Were growing the Supply & Stores team for a top 5 all-inclusive resort brand and hiring Storekeepers, Warehouse Assistants, and Receiving Clerks. If youre organized, hands-on, and speak good English, well train you on the rest. Experience is a plus but not required.

What youll do

• Receiving & quality checks: unload deliveries, verify quantities & invoices, record GRNs, report discrepancies

• Storage & hygiene: store goods by category (dry/chill/frozen), keep areas spotless, follow HACCP, FIFO/FEFO rules ️

• Issuing to departments: prepare daily requisitions for Kitchen, F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, and deliver on time

• Stock control: count, label, rotate stock; help with monthly inventories and variance follow-up

• Systems & paperwork: update basic ERP/spreadsheets, print pick lists, file delivery docs

• Equipment & safety: operate pallet jacks/hand trolleys, follow lifting and safety procedures

What you bring

• English communication (must); extra languages are a plus

• Reliability, attention to detail, and a tidy, methodical work style

• Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets or willing to learn) ️

• Physical ability to handle boxes and stand/walk during shifts

• Team spirit and a service mindset toward internal customers (departments)

• Flexibility for rotating shifts (mornings/evenings/weekends)

• Eligibility to work in Greece
  Nice to have: previous stores/warehouse/hotel experience; basic food safety knowledge; EU/Greek drivers license
