About the role
Hirelink is building 2026 kitchen brigades and is leading the hiring process for Cook C (Commis) placements across all of Greece. This is an entry-level role for motivated team players who want to learn and grow into Cook B.
What youll do

Handle daily prep: vegetables, simple sauces, basic butchery/filleting support, breakfast mise en place.

Set up, label, and restock stations; keep storage areas organized and FIFO-compliant.

Assist with plating simple dishes and buffet replenishment during service.

Follow HACCP practices: temperature checks, allergen awareness, cleanliness logs.

Support Cook A/B with batch prep, delivery checks, and stock rotation.
What you bring
No experience kitchen needed (culinary training a plus, not required).

English for basic kitchen communication; willingness to learn quickly.

Strong hygiene habits, reliability, pace, and teamworkespecially at peak times.

Flexibility for rotating shifts (mornings/evenings/weekends).

Eligibility to work in Greece.
