Terms And Conditions for Referral Programs

1) Introduction & Acceptance

These Referral Program Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in the Hirelink Referral Program (the "Program"). By submitting a referral or otherwise participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2) Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR/EU)

12.1 Controller. Hirelink is the controller of personal data submitted for the Program.

12.2 Lawful Bases. We process data under legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to run the Program and evaluate Referrals; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) where required (e.g., for marketing); pre‑contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)) to arrange introductions; and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

12.3 Referrer Duties. By submitting a Referral, you confirm the Referral has been informed about the disclosure of their personal data to Hirelink and has consented to this introduction.

12.4 Sharing. We may share Referral data with Client Companies and service providers (IT/email/interview tools) bound by confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell personal data.

12.5 International Transfers. Where recipients are outside the EEA/UK/CH, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) and risk assessments where required.

12.6 Retention. Referral data is retained for [24 months] from last interaction unless a longer/shorter period is required by law or requested by the data subject.

12.7 Rights. Data subjects may exercise GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and consent withdrawal) by contacting info@hirelink.agency. We may need to verify identity.

12.8 Security. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data; no system is 100% secure.

3) Employees & Conflicts of Interest

13.1 Hirelink Personnel. Hirelink employees may be eligible for internal referral schemes with separate rules. Where both schemes could apply, the internal policy takes precedence and these Terms do not apply.

13.2 Client Company Personnel. Employees of Client Companies must follow their employer’s policies. If an employer prohibits receipt of rewards from third parties, the Reward may be redirected to a charity selected by Hirelink or deemed forfeited.

4) No Agency; Independent Status

Participation does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and Hirelink. You act in an independent capacity. You may not make promises or representations on Hirelink’s behalf.

5) Publicity & Use of Name

With your consent, Hirelink may publish your name/initials as a Referrer for marketing the Program. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@hirelink.agency.

6) Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All Program materials are the property of Hirelink or their respective owners. You must keep Client and candidate information confidential and use it solely for making bona fide Referrals under these Terms.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) Hirelink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the total Rewards paid to you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; (c) nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). The courts of Athens, Greece will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.

10) Severability & Waiver

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. No waiver of any term constitutes a waiver of any other term.

11) Entire Agreement & Changes

These Terms constitute the entire agreement for the Program and supersede any prior communications. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on our website. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
