This opportunity is with a well established road work safety equipment manufacturer serving the Southeast for over 60 years. The company supports major infrastructure and roadway projects through equipment rentals and product sales and works closely with top tier general contractors. The Inside Sales and Marketing Representative will support an experienced outside sales team by managing quotes, following up on completed jobs, assisting with rental coordination, and supporting marketing and signage initiatives. This is an inside role focused on organization, follow up, and relationship support rather than cold calling.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, detail oriented, customer focused, and comfortable working in a fast paced sales support environment tied to construction and infrastructure projects.

Essential Duties

• Support outside sales representatives with inside sales activities
• Prepare, track, and follow up on quotes for completed and active jobs
• Serve as a point of contact for rental and sales customers
• Assist with signage coordination and marketing materials
• Support social media and basic marketing initiatives
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records
• Communicate professionally with general contractors and repeat customers
• Collaborate closely with an established and high performing sales team

Required experience

• Inside sales experience
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
• Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, or industrial sales teams is a plus
• Strong organizational and follow up skills
• Comfortable managing quotes, timelines, and customer communication
• Interest in marketing, branding, or social media support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
