HireLiving is partnering with a well-established, nationally recognized pavement marking and site safety services provider to identify an experienced Operations Manager to oversee commercial and industrial projects across Atlanta.

This organization delivers large scale striping, restriping, and parking lot safety solutions for high traffic commercial properties, logistics facilities, retail centers, and institutional sites where accuracy, safety, and reliability are critical. This role leads daily field operations, manages crews and equipment readiness, and serves as the on-site operational authority to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to client standards.

This position is ideal for a construction operations leader who enjoys hands on leadership, coordinating crews, and driving consistent execution across multiple active job sites.

Essential Duties

• Manage field crews overseeing striping, wheel stop and signage install teams
• Ensure all equipment, trucks, tools, and materials are properly maintained and job ready
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, equipment, and materials for assigned projects
• Interpret site layouts in BlueBeam, AutoCAD and Google Sheets
• Serve as the primary on site contact with clients, property managers, and contractors
• Monitor job quality to ensure layouts, materials, and workmanship meet standards
• Identify field issues early and coordinate solutions to maintain schedules

Required experience

• 3 plus years of construction or field operations experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading field crews and managing job site execution
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site layouts
• Operate forklifts and boom lifts for signage installation as required
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously
• Experience in pavement marking, striping, traffic flow, fire lanes, strongly preferred
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
