TeqBlaze, a trailblazer in the AdTech industry, is looking for Client Growth Manager. 
As a Client Growth Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, with a strong emphasis on increasing their revenue and fostering long-term relationships. The candidate we're looking is proactive, passionate about the evolving ad tech industry, adaptable to change, and embraces a growth-oriented mindset. 

       Requirements:

  • Advanced English must-have for effective communication;
  • Experience in client support/customer success/account management ideally with complex products;
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously;
  • Analytical skills must. Ability to interpret data, identify patterns or anomalies, and form hypotheses, as day-to-day work involves analyzing data on client platforms;
  • Experience in RTB (Real-Time Bidding) a plus, but not mandatory.
    
    Responsibilities:
  • Continuously monitor and analyze clients' platforms, offering actionable recommendations related to the performance.
  • Share best practices and industry trends with clients to enhance their platform usage.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular calls (weekly or bi-weekly) while providing education and strategic guidance.
  • Proactively identify client needs, address challenges, and uncover opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Product, Business Analysis & Development teams to implement relevant features & optimizations.
  • Contribute to the Client Service teams growth by optimizing processes, improving documentation, and implementing new workflows.
