About the job Head of Retention
We are looking for a Head of Retention with a deep understanding of the iGaming industry to lead and execute our player retention strategy.
Responsibilities:
Monthly planning of marketing activities to retain and return players;
Creation of communication plans via multiple channels (onsite/offsite)
Forming logic and participating in launches of trigger chains;
Setting tasks for cross-functional departments;
Calculation of predictions with further analytics of held actions;
Communication with the team to develop a general strategy.
Requirements:
Gambling experience is mandatory;
Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for player retention and return;
Analytical mindset, ability to calculate the economics of promos as well as analyze the results;
Experience with client segmentation;
Strong English skills, with ability to write and communicate briefs and tasks;
Understanding of basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize marketing activities;
Knowledge of marketing metrics: MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR, etc.;
Experience working with analytics tools: GA, Tableau, Voluum, Power BI, Google Data Studio.
Well be a plus:
Knowledge of the main providers and manufacturers of games and slots;
- Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods.
